Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

Mental Reps is available to athletes aged 13 and older. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 13. If you are between 13 and 17, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and provide their consent during sign-up; that parent or guardian accepts these Terms on the athlete's behalf and is responsible for the account. We do not permit accounts for children under 13. Anyone who completes a paid subscription must be 18 or older.

2. Subscription & Billing

Mental Reps is billed at $14.99 per year. Your subscription auto-renews annually at the same price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal or by emailing us; cancellation stops all future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to avoid the next renewal. We may change pricing for future terms with advance notice; changes never affect a term you have already paid for.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Mental Reps only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You will not share your account, attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service, use it to harass others, or submit content that is illegal or that violates the rights of others. The AI coach is rate-limited; attempting to bypass usage limits or otherwise abuse the feature may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

4. Disclaimers

Mental Reps is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. See our Medical & Mental-Health Disclaimer for important limitations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mental Reps and its owner, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
